The Jewish Board is the largest human services agency in New York City, serving over 43,000 New Yorkers annually from all religious, ethnic, and economic backgrounds through a comprehensive range of 175 community-based programs, residential facilities, and day-treatment centers.

I was commissioned to photograph an ad campaign with the goals of recruiting more social workers and showcasing “aha” moments where they realized why their jobs are meaningful. We casted real Jewish Board social workers and photographed them on location in their care facilities so the images were as authentic as possible.
